I remember, way back, when this used to be our dining room, since I opened the shop it has been my own little warehouse, usually filled with boxes in various stages of being opened, unpacked and the goodies stored on shelves on the other side of the room.
As well as all the boxes from wholesalers it tends to be a dumping ground for all my lovely car-boot sale finds, either waiting to be cleaned or waiting to go to the shop (or be found a place round the house).
At the moment it is getting choc a bloc with all the lovely gifts I've been ordering like crazy ready for the Christmas sales rush (I hope!!).
The one thing it can never be again is a Dining Room, as soon we are upping sticks and moving to a whole new area and a whole new way of life!! So soon it will be a holding area for all the things we are going to be packing into the empty cardboard boxes that I am accumulating at the moment.
Exciting times ahead.

Oooh, how exciting! Does that mean moving the shop too? Sounds as though you had a great time in Rome. Good luck with your Christmas sales, I'm sure you'll end up with nothing left for January sales.

Lavender's Blue... will continue, but in another format for the time being, possibly a Website and a market stall, I have so many ideas. Follow the blog to discover the unfolding story (even I don't know the middle yet, let alone the end....lol).
